Technical Account Manager
These guys are our A-Team. A-Team specializes in getting to know your sites, technologies, and individual employees. They make frequent onsite visits to make sure everything is running smoothly, and that the your needs are met. They ensure that service is done well and quickly. They provide technical consulting and are the direct contact for decision makers and VIP’s at your company.
We refer to our professional services team as SWAT (Specialist With Advanced Technology). They manage large projects, advanced consulting, and IT strategic planning. Whether it is a server project, office relocation, or a closet cleanup, SWAT is here for you. They have the technical expertise to deal with tricky situations, and the experience to ensure projects are done on time and in budget.
Proactive Care Specialists
Proactive care is a huge part of our mission here at Equinox. We believe that if your IT is being done right, the majority of technical issues will be resolved before they even happen. That is what our proactive team does. This behind-the-scenes team manages your security, patching, automation, antivirus, monitoring, reporting, backups, and more in order to keep you safe and productive. The impact this team has on your network is so awesome that we actually refer to them as Team Awesome.
Norm (COO) and Steve (CFO) are the founding partners of Equinox. They each have years of experience working in the technology industry. They founded Equinox in 2002 and it has been growing ever since. They are very involved in overseeing all levels of service and happy to help in any way possible! They regularly visit with clients to review long-term plans, budgeting, and projects from a business-to-business lens to ensure that your technology is helping you reach your business goals.
