Back in the day we started as an hourly support company, over time, we’ve grown to answer the needs of our clients: simplified billing, proactive care, monitoring and alerting, and giving our clients direct access to their primary technician who is an expert at their site.
In addition, while most of the industry is trying to lock clients into long-term contracts, we work as partners with our clients to allow us to easily adapt to their changing needs, even if that means they no longer need us. We get into their world.
